Returns & Refunds

• Only stock items may be returned. Custom orders can not be returned.

• Contact us via email (FHDesigns@verizon.net) within 5 days of delivery. Please describe the reason for the return in detail, include your order#, and add the Order# and word “RETURN” to the subject line. You will be contacted upon receipt of your email.

• All items returned must be in original packaging and be unused or unworn.

• A refund will be credited back to the original method of payment in the amount of your original item purchase.

• Shipping & handling costs will not be refunded.

Cancelled Orders

• Custom orders may ONLY be refunded if the order is cancelled prior to work beginning on the item. A refund will be processed as quickly as possible.

• Stock item orders can be cancelled any time before the order is shipped. A refund will be processed as quickly as possible.
