A word about custom pillows: A pillow is considered “custom” when colors and/or words are changed/replaced from stock pillows, with those requested by the customer.
FHD will provide customer with a sample of the custom pillow consisting of words and/or colors for approval by the customer, prior to starting work on the pillow.
