Registered Logo/Symbol Use

• Any customer providing a registered logo or symbol must provide proof to FountainHead Designs that they are authorized to have that logo or symbol used in the creation of a good or service provided by FountainHead Designs.

• Proof of authorization must come from counsel/lawyer or the owner of the logo or symbol. An email, sent to FountainHead Designs, stating that the logo or symbol is authorized to be used, a phone number for contact and further clarification if needed, and an approval signature and position of the approver.
